Rautakirja Estonia AS Trade Services division works under trade name Lehepunkt since 2000.

Rautakirja Estonia AS Trade Services division is a  magazine wholesale company. Every morning we deliver most of the periodical products sold in Estonia from printers to the retail - shops, kiosks, petrol stations, supermarkets. In total we service 1400 retail points all over Estonia covering 5000 km every night on six days a week.

There are approximately 300 domestic newspapers, crosswords and magazines in our selection, 800 foreign periodicals and up to 2000 scientific titles from Russia. In addition we offer calendars, geographical maps, books and collectible items. Foreign periodicals are up for subscription.

 

In addition, we offer transportation and packaging, ensembling, sorting, inserting and wrapping copies. An investment was made on year 2008 by purchasing Hugo Beck wrapping machine. More information about the services and prices: erki.tevet@rautakirja.ee

 

History

 

The current owner of Lehepunkt is the biggest magazine retail and wholesale company called Rautakirja OY ( www.rautakirja.fi ).

 

Rautakirja subsidiaries include for example book- and kiosk operations, catering, entertainment and internet trade. Rautakirja is the daughter company of the 5th biggest publisher in Europe and Finnish biggest media cooperation Sanoma (www.sanomawsoy.fi). Sanoma is noted on the stock exchange of Helsinki.

 

Rautakirja Cooperation is also represented in following countries - Lehtipiste in Finland, Preses Serviss in Latvia, Impress Teva in Lithuania, TK Pressexpo in Russia and Hiparion in Romania.

 

Since May 2010 Lehepunkts new trade name is Rautakirja Estonia AS. Other Rautakirja Estonia AS subsidiaries represented in Estonia are bookstore chain Apollo Raamatud, kiosk chain R-Kiosk, film distributor and cinemas Coca Cola Plaza, Kosmos and Ekraan operator MPDE and AS Forum Cinemas Home Entertainment operating under the name of Videoplanet.
